The Work Environment

Summary

We research the psychosocial work environments of employees working in the education sector. Our research investigates the working conditions of those working at different levels of the education system, from early childhood through to tertiary education. We investigate the many different aspects of educators work, including the demands that they face in their roles (workload, emotional pressures etc.), the organization of their work, and the support and resources they have available to them.

Research Significance

By understanding educators work environments, we aim to highlight the factors shaping educators working lives and identify the key components of healthy, safe workplaces for those working in the education sector.
