Since 2011, Professor Phil Riley has been the Chief Investigator and Director of the annual Principal Health and Wellbeing Surveys in Australia. The research is focused on Occupational Health, Safety and Wellbeing of school principals and aspirant leaders, and has recently expanded to include teachers in the Northern Territory. In 2022, the Educator Health and Wellbeing team will commence research into the OH&S of university employees.
